Biological Characteristics of Pangasius sutchi and Test of Artificial Propagation on it HaiPeng WANG,Lei YU Life Science and Technology Institute, Dalian Fisheries University, Dalian (116023) Abstract This paper describes internal construction and exterior appearance of Pangasius sutchi in detail. And we took a lot of photograph of exterior appearance, internal construction, maxilla and mandible, gas bladder, anus and urogenital aperture. It also introduces living habit, ingestion habit, zoology habit, breeding habit and growth characteristic. We observed the skill of the artificial ripening and made artificial insemination experiment at the same time. At last, this article describes in brief the method of fry rearing, points out that the research direction, developmental trend, and cultural way.
